Reviews
Definition (2):- Reviews, by nature, are supposed to be objective and impartial. Just like the reviews you read in a newspaper or movie reviews on TV. If your reviews are self-serving or have a conflict of interest, you lose all credibility. I have never, ever seen a site or a business that had 100% positive reviews, and if I found one, I’d question them immediately.
Testimonial
Definition (1):- A testimonial is a comment your customer writes about your business that is not posted on one of these websites. Testimonials can include photos and other identifiable information and they can be shared. We created the system to allow your customers to leave an optional testimonial because many people are not comfortable creating an account with a review site in order to leave a review. So, rather than do nothing, this group of customers has the option of leaving you a testimonial.Definition (2):- Testimonials are written by your customer or client and typically found on your website. They are like a paid advertisement—YOU choose the ones that go on there, and they should ALWAYS be from your best clients.

Feedback is essential to the working and survival of all regulatory mechanisms found throughout living and non-living nature, and in man-made systems such as education system and economy. As a two-way flow, feedback is inherent to all interactions, whether human-to-human, human-to-machine, or machine-to-machine. In an organizational context, feedback is the information sent to an entity (individual or a group) about its prior behavior so that the entity may adjust its current and future behavior to achieve the desired result.Definition (2):- The observation of the receiver’s response is called feedback. In other words, the part of the receiver’s response communicated back to the sender is called feedback.
Definition (3):- Feedback is a system where the reaction or response of the receiver reaches to the sender after he has interpreted the message.
Feedback consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, along with a short comment. Buyers and sellers build reputations that are based on all the Feedback ratings and comments left by their trading partners.
Why Feedback is Essential for effective Communication:-

2. Completion of Entire Communication Process
3. Measuring the Effectiveness of Communication
4. Improving Labor-Management Relationship
